Privacy Policy

If you request launch updates, we collect your email address, consent timestamp, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status. If you support the project, Snaply records a payment-provider reference, amount, currency, payment status, fixed campaign exchange rate, and whether you chose to remain anonymous.

Snaply does not receive or store your full card number, bank credentials, or PayPal password.

Google Analytics is disabled until you allow optional analytics. When enabled, it records page views, campaign parameters, and interactions such as opening the app or starting checkout. Payment amounts, names, and email addresses are never sent to Google Analytics.

Vercel hosts the website and server functions. A dedicated Firebase project stores funding and subscriber records. payOS and PayPal process payments. Resend sends confirmation and launch-update email. Google Workspace handles support correspondence. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Funding records are retained as needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Pending subscriptions that are never confirmed may be deleted. Confirmed subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

You can decline analytics without losing access, support anonymously, unsubscribe from every launch email, and request access or deletion by contacting privacy@snaply.com.vn. Some payment records may need to be retained where required by law.

Snaply uses HTTPS, server-only payment credentials, webhook signature verification, restricted database access, and account-level authentication controls. Providers may process information outside Vietnam; their safeguards and locations are governed by their respective policies.
